How to Guarentee You won't Be Fired.

Break the law and get your Company sued because of it.

Or at least do something to get your Company sued.

This works better the bigger the Company and works best if you work for the Government.

Now what will your Company do if it is sued due to your actions.
Deny the charges .

What if the reasons for the law suit are true. ?
Deny the charges.

What do they need most to deny the charges?
Why,YOU, of course.

What if they fire you for whatever reason?
Sounds like an admissions the charges or accusations are true.

Whom do they least want to antagonize ?
Do you think they would want you angry with them and "rat them out" for what you did ?

Of course not !
So you are guarenteed a job at least until the litigation is over.

Which can take many years.

Meanwhile the law-abiding employees get canned while you sit in the catbird's seat. Whose going to fire the person thay need most to maintain plausible deniability--the person who got them sued !

If it's a Gov't job, it can easily become a lifetime job, because after years of defending you, you become part of the institution!

Yes, my fellow TechImoans etc. You can become like one of the "big shots"--immune from firings even for incompetenece. Indeed, especially, as we've seen --for the incompetence of getting your Co. sued !

Sad , isn't it ?

Are you serious, DoooooooooooooooooooooG?

Makes sense in a perverted way, though. They may still fire you to establish that it was a rogue individual and axing the individual distances the establishment from the perp.

Hmmmm...that didnt help one of the employees at my work the other day...He got canned anyways and he deserved it
