Tonight there will be racing...
Me and a bunch (10 - 15 maybe more) of people are going to an indoor gocart track to battle it out on the race track tonight. I hope I can claim a place on the podium. Any tips? |

1.siphon some most of their gas out before the race. They'll run out a few laps in.
2.with the front right or left side of your bumper gently nudge (smack into it hard) their back left or right side of their bumper. Practice of Need For Speed before you go. It's a techiuqe cops use to make cars spin out safely without taking the cop with them!
3.Deflait their tires some. This will slow them down, and make corners interusting!
4.Bribe.
5.Kill (try bribing first though, since it's easier to live with)
6.put water, or sugar in their fuel tank.
7.Sneak a Corvette in with you (in your pocket???) and then say it was over with the other go carts, and they must not have been looking hard enough!

ever remember playing "road rash"???
take some tips from there..... crowbars, chains, jack handles, and clubs are ALL valid forms of out manuvering the opponents.

Stay in the groove.
Stay off the brakes.
Use as much throttle as you can, when you can,
but get on & off it smoothly.
Watch the guy in front of you. If he constantly goes in too low, set up to pass on the high side in a wide turn. If he always goes in too high, set up to pass on the low side in a tight turn.
Aim high in steering and see the track, and track the other guys with your peripheral vision.

darnit caddmannq,
I should've read those pointers earlier. I finished 11th 0.01 sec after my cousin. My brother finished 8th. Dad won the whole thing. But it was real fun, and I enjoyed it. Total number of drivers was 16 or 17 I think. |

Ooops! I guess I should have replied yesterday!
I had a busy weekend
We used to have a Malibu Grand Prix track here (40hp Rotax cars) which was a lot of fun. It's just a weed patch now Not enough business in a town where everybody has two cars. Go figure?
So what kind of cars were these?

How could you fail when imploying my tactics? either you should have won, or they should all be dead and you should be in prison (which you will have still won, but.... )
