I know I haven't been around much lately, Been taking a break and struggling to catch up with school and recuperating from the surgery a month ago now. I'll hope to spend a little bit more time here and there in the next month coming when school is out. I have appx 2 1/2 weeks left till finals are finished. I have since found out that I can take a incomplete for the unix class (that one flogged out bad in this term) and finish the course out within the year, I hope to finish the class during the summer without any other pressures and after i manage to set up my own linux box after the term is over.
I have also decided to take the spring and summer terms completely off (with the above exception of unix) so i can fully heal and spend some more time with my kiddo's and do other stuff. That is my short version of everything I want to get onto the main topic of my thread here.

I want to Thank all of you for getting me through this past couple of months with either staying up late into the night trying distracting me from the intense pain I had experienced and also helping me struggle through both Unix and Visual Basic help with my classes. I don't think I would have made it this far if it wasn't for the kindness of all the good people that played an important roll in my life the past couple of months. Thank you very much, I will always remember the time you all took out of your schedules to help me out.
A special Thank you to Non-TechIMO Members are as follows:
My best friend: Who cooked, cleaned and helped me with the kids.
My old neighbor: Who picked up kids from school and brought them home and often drove me to the doctor.
Keep up the good work

I'd like to put in a thank you to her best friend as well, I've talked to Neo a bit in the past few months and I've seen how much he's helped her through it all he's a pretty amazing guy

Well, I for one have missed you Karin.
So from a purely selfish point of view,, I'll sure be glad when your finals are over!
Since then you won't have any excuse for not being here more!
I'm glad to here your knee is healing too

You ain't the only one who will be glad finals are over! Been a rough term for sure! Knee is healing slowly but surely, We will find out for sure when go back to doc again next month if I am progressing fast enough for him otherwise he'll knock me out again and do some pulling. Ugh! So I keep working out and try to keep the doctors hands off my leg! Will post next month on what that score is.
