The Show would love to be "knocked" on Howard Stern--increases their audience.

Anything that brings attention in a biz where often the motto is "no news is ever bad news" is counter--productive.

Go after the Clear Channel stations that have nothing to gain. Let them do something about it. Write your hard-copy letters to the locals in your community. Like "Please don't give me this BS that you are not responsible--you're Clear Channel, aren't you?"

Don't worry if this sounds dopey to them--they respond to dopiness. Just be civil.

Let the locals get worried. 100 locals might get the message to da Boss.

This may not be a popular view, but i think that some of the "folks at PETA are idiots or morons". I work for an egg producer and those fine groups affiliated with PETA attempted to burn up our fleet of 6 trucks in protest of the "inhumane treatment" of the chickens. They also torched a few trucks from the local beef supplier and have now taken to burning down hay barns, effectively starving the cattle they are trying to protect!

I am also a proud member of PETA: People Eating Tastey Animals

Hi AR ,

Don't think this Thread was intended in anyway as in praise of PETA's tactics.

While I agree with many of their pro--animal views, any attempt to break the law by destroying property --as in your situation-- should be reported tp Police and prosecuted with a back-up civil suit.

And while I personally oppose fur coats, a tactic I once observed of spilling red dye on the fur coat of wearer should have been prosecuted as assault or whatever the law says it is.

The issue here is wanton cruelty to animals and reveling in it as I see.

Best wishes !
