Animal cruelty is no joking matter.

This just makes me so angry.. I can't even put it into words.

I have E-mailed the DJ's and am 'duking' it out with one of them. He keeps citing the fact that I don't live there, as if that allows him to break the law (advocation of criminal behavior).

For the record, he also has stated that what he does and says is not against the law (first amendment).

This is getting me no where, and has raised my blood presure.

I am from Detroit the home of rock and the 'rock DJ'. I am used to DJ's that go over the edge. But this would have had the DJ off the air the same day here (I hope).

Trying to contact Clear Channel next.

By the way, my wife (Angelcat), has gotten the word out on this to all of her online groups and they are getting in on the act. More later.

Bye

Well I just got thru emailing the clear channel personel here in Utah too. Letting them know that they need to let their "brothers" know that what they did was wrong and I also told them that if they were to start doing the same here I would protest them loud and clear in person!

Wow, I am totally shocked that a radio outfit would advocate this. I myself am a lover of animals and always have been since i was a wee little baby, Always bringing home the strays, Used to drive my parents up the wall doing this. Today, I have a 5 1/2 year old Service Dog and also I have a Cat which used to be my ex-boyfriends and I took in the cat cause I was in love with the critter and per CCI Rules of having a service dog I am not allowed to have other animals present. So said Hell with them Im keeping the cat and still got to keep my service dog anyways.

I applaude those who have taken action to get this type of behavior to stop. My gawd think of the kids listening to this that don't have good influences in thier lives and think oh well the radio says its okay so lets go and do it.

This is pathetic behavior on the radio company and displinary action of the severest sort should be taken and hope that it does.

I am sadden to read this and also know that animals do in fact suffer pain and emotions just like us humans. One of my old dogs from years ago was accidently hit by a farm tracker and his leg was broken and he yelpped and yelped and yelped and i think that is a clear indicator he was saying he was in pain.

Wish i had the cash to go collect up those poor kittens in the freeway cause I would have either kept them or found them good homes. I have been in situations to helping people find homes for animals and I am always so picky of where they go.

Damm those jockey!

Hopefully if enough people get in on this, something will be done about it. But, the almighty dollar is the bottom line and if these jerks are actually getting good ratings, which is a scary thought, management will do nothing unless forced to.

Letter's in the mail...ran out of stamps, and the PX was closed last night. I just hope the guy reads it and takes it seriously (and, hopefully, doesn't SUE me!).

the main thing to do is contact a local TV station in the same city of the radio station sayin the crap. just get a bunch of animal lovers to say stuff like 'i can't believe they would promote such hanus (spelling?) crimes'

sooner or later people will cry out to do stuff and the radio station will look like the city villain

I think the word you're looking for is heinous. Good point though, get in contact with the local humane society, see if they could get a picket line going in front of the radio station or something.
