Systems what is wrong with my diet?

i'm am so not a morning person, in fact i hate morning people
because i KNOW that i will wake up with only 15 minutes to get my clothes on and get out the door i always shower before i go to bed, do my homework just before i go to bed and also eat a HUGE meal before going to bed.

the eating the night before thing isn't working though, sometimes night before only means like 4 or 5 hours. what i usualy have is 3 poached eggs on white bread but in the morning i'm still hungry and left with no time for food.

what's the deal?

Dunno... but it's generally accepted that eating a huge meal late @ night is not good.

Try having a large breakfast, but eating less late @ night.

Try eating small healthy snacks about twice in the morning.
Try a granola bar and banana on your way to wherever you are going. Then about two hours later, try an apple or carrots.
Drink lots of water!!

heh... I've had cookies for dinner (don't bother with breakfast/lunch) several times in the past few months
Either that or a whopping 1 course meal of popcorn lol

Quite often actually

Have a bowl of Cap'N Crunch or Fruit Loops cereal. Lots of sugar to get you going.

Lunch: 2 Hostess Twinkies. In between snacks: black coffee, no sugar.

It's more of a matter of scheduling... Don't eat later at night, and go to bed earlier. Thus, you can wake up earlier and get your sufficient food intake in the morning.

i will always wake up at 2PM if not woken up. even if i go to bed at 9AM i will get up at 2PM which makes me dead tired if the alarm goes off at 7AM like it does.

Yes, that's bad eating last thing at night. You should never eat after about 7pm. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day too, it gets nutrient to the brain ready for the day ahead.
