My eyes...

Does anyone know why my eyes are so sore and tired all the time after sitting in front of the screen all day? Is it cause my glasses are scratched or do I need a screen filter?

Look away from the screen every 10-15 minutes for 5 minutes to give the eyes rest.

Are the refresh rate and focus OK on your monitor???

Ask someone else if they think your monitor's OK.

shahani is on track. It's a good idea (also when driving) to glance away at an object in the distance to relax the eye muscles, sorta exercise em. Do this at different distances or just close em for a bit and try it.

Also try putting the refresh on your screen up (around 85Hz)
& make sure your running the proper drivers for it, not just plug & play drivers
