great stuff

I just had to share this site. I'm trying to learn computer anamation on my own right now, hope to go to shool later this year for it. But I'm allways checking out new site on it.

well all I can say is this guy's ( Riccardo Minervino) work rocks.. it's movie quality stuff.. check out his movies.. for you Star Wars fans geck out "Join the Empire" it looks like a offical movie trailer.

and check out his other movie trailers on "The Hunt" it's top notch stuff.. I think he is pitching this one to the studio's to try and get a TV show or movie.

Pretty impressive!

yeah movies like Monsters Inc and Toy Story are definately some of my fav's partly due to the way their work amazes me...

I'd love to be able to do work like that, but alas I was born with the imagination of a cardboard box

Cool deal

I'd say his movie design is pretty good, but the physics of things moving seemed to be a little shaky.
Too much star wars stuff Dont care for it much

macs are nice but I think most people in CG seem to work on NT platforms. Pretty much every school I've checked out are using NT stations aswell. The school I'm looking to go too uses NT stations but also teaches part of their digital media course on Macs, however their computer anamation course is on NT platforms. So I think Macs are slowly, loosing their ground in the CG world. But as stated above a lot of the big houses are switching to Linux platforms.
