Hate to tell ya' CMonster, but we go through a couple gallon cans of Soy Sauce a year here too!
Prime use is BBQ'ing Tri-Tip! '

'
Take a couple NICE Tri-Tips (whole or cut, whole is better though).
Place in pan, pour Soy Sauce over, flip and make sure you have enough Soy Sauce too soak in and have extra for later.
Sprinkle heavily with dehydrated Onion flakes and dehydrated minced Garlic.
Marinate for about 2 hours.
When ready, get the Grill nice and hot, with high flame. Sear the meat on both sides and then turn the heat way down. Continue marinating using up the remaining sauce, onions, and garlic. (A nice blackened coating on the meat is great. But you don't want to over cook the meat either!)
When you cut the meat, the juices should flow out. Use the juices for dipping!!
