like getting GST every 3 months ... and national health care that doesn't even include the income tax return at the end of the month.

We also pay 7% GST on just about
everything we buy. Yes, I do get GST checks every 3 months, oh wow, a whopping $50!!! Yes, it is a nice suprise, but not nearly the same as what I pay in GST yearly!!! *hmmm, we pay it, they give some back, why don't they just lower it or get rid of it!!!

Also it depends on your income, not everyone gets GST checks... just the poor folks like myself!
No it's not!! Medical to an extent yes, but as long as your yearly income is over a certain amount you pay at least $30 or more per month for health care! (for one single individual) But for dental you need seperate coverage, either through an external company (Blue Cross etc) or thrugh your employer (which usually uses an external company). And I don't think the normal health coverage includes ambulances and extra stuff like that...
Nothings free!!
cya!
