need advice, please

Ok, I am considering designing a web site for a friend's business. I need to know what you think I should charge for it. The site would have a INTRO page, a MAIN page, EMAIL page, ORDER FORM page, LINKS page, WHOLESALE INFO page, ABOUT ME page and 3 PRODUCTS page each with 10 pictures that hyperlink to a bigger picture with info about the product. Another friend of mine does this and he said he is very cheap and cahrges $25.00 for each basic page regardless of page including pages that hyperlink to pictures.
ANY advice is appreciated (even Wart's advice )

$25 a page sounds reasonable.
I wouldnt charge for a link from a thumbnail, as its just going to be a pic with the background color.
Also, how often do they want it updated?
Thats were you make the deals, like $15 per page for that.

But the link would actually be a different page with more info, $$ and the such on it. I would just link it to a bigger picture...
