How to contact USPS ??

I need to contact USPS customer service concerning the failure of a delivery I am expecting from the USA.

I looked at their site and all I can find are these forms.

Does anyone have experience with this?.

How do I contact them? Im in Austria.

I've never had to deal with them....at least not problem wise...we would probably just walk up to the nearest post office...

Problem solved, package will arrive tomorrow. Incorrect address was the problem.
