Talk We're not the only ones who bash M$

I was Googling around looking for more information on this old Matrox dual display vid card that I have, trying to get the Apple output to work (yes, it's an Apple output) when I happened on this site written by a Russian. I started reading the opening page and thought you would all be somewhat entertained by this passage...
Quote:
Well, I have nothing against Windows 95. A good shell. Graphical. And Very Beautiful. And let malicious persons abuse it. But I'm going to praise it now...

It's all right that every half a year (or every two months if you are lucky) you have to reinstall it. This is in order that lost clusters don't clog the hard disk. And it's nothing terrible that after installation of the Internet Explorer the "usual" Explorer starts to crash. This is in order to accustom the lamers to internet technologies. So what, that the MSIE freezes the Windows 95 to death on some pages? But then goggle-eyed users don't overload the Internet. Or else they crawl everywhere, soil, spread viruses... And don't worry that the hard disk continuously clanks--that's because the disk cache is swapped. So, you can't live without a disk cache, can you?

But how simlply to work with Windows 95! You only need to remember three buttons. (Ctrl+Alt+Del, say? You've lost! Ctrl+Alt+Reset.) Having learnt them you can "plug-and-pull" untill the Blue Death will come.

And the MSIE again--it's really a masterpiece. The multimegabyte incarnation of the age-old dream about the open (for everyone who isn't lazy) architecture. (It's fair to say the Netscape is an adequate competitor for the MSIE in that).

But then, there is much to write about in numerous computer magazines. "Another security hole has been found in the MSIE. Again from now, the every eager can pasture his Java in your mashine..." And so almost every week. Well, readers get adrenalin, hackers and crackers--honour and respect, journalists--their daily bread. And everybody's happy. A lot of pleasure, and free.

Money... It's a special subject. Buy! Have bought? Doesn't work? Wait a bit and buy once again! Have bought? Now works? Works but slowly? Throw out your hardware and buy new one! Still slowly? Means, you've bought too little... Should buy more! What? Haven't anymore? Then go away...

But where to go to? As for me, once I gone. And shan't return...
BTW - This site also has some interesting tweaks for using Netscape in Linux.
