A Horror Story

ok, it started out like this......

I was playing around on the computer, while my hubby was taking a nap to try to clear his head before we went out shopping. When it was time to go wake him up, I turned off the computer, and went to the bedroom to wake him up.
He informed me that he needed more rest, so I grabbed my book, and was starting to read, when all of a sudden, this most unusual sound came from the street outside........

Now, we can all agree, it is Febuary, and in Michigan, it tends to be quite cold out....

The sound we had heard was an Ice Cream Truck.............

Try the drumstick---it has a few different names---the really good ones have a glop of chocolate in the bottom of the sometimes crunchy cone thingy...

Its been 90 here the past few days---the ice cream dude runs year round tho...like geekgal says---its good ALL the time!...

Something was definitely up...I grabbed my coat and went out to investigate. The chill wind made me want to drop this avenue of inquiry...

Until I saw the children... dozens of them...responding like the sailors of old to the siren-song...of the Ice Cream Truck.

Well, it was almost 45 or so today, thats a heat wave .

Ice cream is always good, infact, I am eating a bowl right now .

yup, when I was up there in Mt. Pleasant at CMU me and my roommate would get bored of studying and drove over to meijer at midnight to get ice cream or a snack sometimes dead winter! lol

of course, he just put on a jacket and wore shorts
