Chapter 11 question....
I have a power surge protector that I bought from Interex. It seems that they filed for chapter 11 back in 2000.

They got bought out by Tripp-Lite.

NOW, this surge protector failed to do its duty and was the downfall of my PC last week.

Is Tripp-Lite now responsible for the outlying products that they bought out, OR am I just screwed.
