Olympic Speed Skating

After watching 4 rounds of short track speed skating I've decided I hate it. I mean in what other sport can you be winning, 15 feet form the finish and be torn down by someone behind you and lose.

Frusturating for me watching, I can't imagine how the athletes do it.

On another note this is one of the most exciting sports I've ever watched.

i would like to send my congrats to the aussie that was in last place that took gold. It goes to show just because your the slowest doesn't mean you'll finsh last

But a bit of bad luck for the rest. But thats the sport or so they say

What a way to win. Be in last place with no chance to win, have the 3 guys in front of you fall, slip past them while they try to get up, and whammo, slap the gold on me. Kind of a bummer that Ohno got caught in the middle of the collision.

Just watch Anton Ohno skate. He does it with ease. The other guys are using their hand on the ice for balance AT LEAST 2 laps before Anton does. It's like he is out there just cruising around.

The 5000m relay is pretty cool. Talk about a lot going on at once.
