National Pancake Day!

but tuesday the 12th is national pancake day!!

Also.. i'm not sure how well it is advertised.. i did not hear it on radio.. nor see it on TV.. not in the paper.. not from anyone I know.. just came across it on the net..

So hopefully the lines won't be too long heh.. but you know how word about free stuff spreads..

Yum! Just had my pancakes with a squeeze of lemon on them. Today is Shrove Tuesday which is also known as Pancake Day. It's a day when all the scraps of flour, fat etc are gathered together and made into pancakes ready for the fasting in Lent.
