Heard it all know

I have heard it all now
I was at MetalBlade records checking out some artists and came across a band called " In Extremo" the are from Berlin Germany and have a self titles song that has bagpipes in it. Metal Blade records is just that METAL.
I have never heard of bagpipes in a song before but this song rocks.

It's A Long Way To The Top by AC/DC is a great song and it has bagpipes.

Did not know that about AC/DC.
Never really got into Korn.

Most of the music at www.metalblade.com is the stuff that I like to listen to. Except the one where they stick the mic in therir mouth and growl.

Dropkick Murphy's uses bagpipes in their songs as well, but they aren't a metal band. More or less a punk band if you ask me, but with an irish flavour.

Sorta reminded me of 'This is Spinal Tap' when they were in concert and had those little guys dancing around the 13" replica of StoneHenge .

Yep, that's the one TKOP.

Another one that comes to mind is "Copperhead Road" by Steve Earl. Not metal, but a southern rock classic. The 'pipes really work well in it, too.
