Wish me luck.......Custody battle....

Well, tomorrow I'm off to court.

I have had my daughter in my home for about 7 months now since her mother (were not together) had her children taken from her by DSS. Two were taken away and she just had another, which was also taken away...(not mine).

I filed for full custody as soon as I heard of all the crap that had been taken place while she was there, fighting, drugs...... her 18 month old brother had broken legs, ribs, and Im not sure what else...So I got emergency custody that next day...DSS took possesion of the other (now) two. (not mine).

She is a lying, manipulative, lazy, IDIOTIC, SELFISH, SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING THAT DESERVES TO HAVE NO CHILDREN FOR THE REST OF HER FREAKING LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..........sorry.....got carried away...

and for some reason, my 5 year old doesn't seem to understand that her mother SUX.....So, I still let her speak to her on the phone.....even though she upsets her....

I wish, for my daughters sake.....she would just.......Disappear... So I can try to repair the things that a 5 year old should have never been subject to.....

goodluck Cruez. People like that shouldn't even have children in the first place.

For the sake of your children I hope you're on the winning end of the custody case.

Good luck. I hope the court keeps the best interest of the child in mind! Here custody defaults to mom unless you get a judge that is willing to listen to all the evidence and make the right decision. I feel lucky in my situation my son's father does not even have visitation rights due to his drug issues and other things that I don't feel is approriate for my son.

I was not going to post but

I am a wizard - and I got sole custody of my two kids and the ex on the hook for support for the kids - [she has not paid in two years - but thats another issue]

Let me say this - read "How to win friends and influence poeple" every month - to learn how to keep your attitude right when dealing with people - - and keep the good book handy - I don't care if its the koran - or the bible - whatever good book you know and read it when you get a chance -

find some poelpe who give a rip about you and the kids - so yuo have some people to throw ideas at - and get feedback -

and I wish you luck and throw you prayer. - wiz

Cruez: Man, thats nasty. Especially for such young children. Good luck to you, man. Hope you get back your kids and away from all this nonsense. Kids deserve better- they didn't do anything wrong.

Good luck Cruez. Sorry to hear about all the misfortune. Just remember that karma doesn't play favorites. Everyone gets what they deserve in the end.

Good Luck! Our prayers are with you and your daughter!

The Harder's

P.S. Be prepared for stupidity, some judges haven't a clue or brain when it comes to the best interests of a child!
