I have been completely exonerated! -whew!

There is intelligent life out there in upper management, reason prevailed and all accusations have been dropped.

-they even hinted that it would be okay to bring back my PC if I needed it, but I don't think I will -a laptop perhaps.

Woo!! Congratz! Now you can really infiltrate their system and bend it to your will!! Oh, wait... Did I say that out loud???

Congrats, CMonster I applaud your management for logical thinking and being fair, not something one can count one.

Also thanks for your thread! I've been usuing the try2hack web site at my school, and your thread made me think that maybe thats not such a hot idea!

A fine case mod for your circumstances would be to mount an entire PC inside a large Snap-On tool box. Throw about 2000 pounds of assorted hardware in the bottom for ballast.

The next time someone wants to take away your PC, tell 'em:
