Idiot tip of The Day!!!

Well I managed once again to outdo myself in stupidity.

When I, late as ususal, got out of my car in the parkinglot today, locked the doors, and slammed the last one, it took me about half a second to realize the KEYS where STILL in the CAR!!! Arrgh!

I did that once before!

Now I carry two complete set of keys one in each pocket!

It hasn't happened to me yet. Of course my dad guarantees I will do it, good thing I have only been driving since September. LOL

I carry an extra key in my wallet just in case.

Luckily there's a locksmith firm right next to my school, they said they could help me get into the car.

From now on, I am going to keep an extra key in my wallet...instead of having both on the keychain.

atuacally yesterday funny thing is i locked myself out of my house. Got up and i was still tired i went running came back and thats when i realized i did that. But my bro always keeps his window unlock. so don't feel so bad

I have found a solution....

The last two cars I owned had a keyless entry keypad on the door....for a while I would intentionally lock the keys in the car so I wouldn't lose them ..

Get one of those magnetic key cases that you can stick to the car underframe. They wont come off for nothing and have saved my parents atleast a few times.

Plus, what if your wallet is in the car.....? Yet another reason for the magnetic key case.
