Could someone help me find legal movies download sites? I'm looking for movie sites that will allow me to pay with paypal. But however I'm having the hardest time trying to find sites that will allow me to pay for the legal movie sites with paypal.

Have you tried PayPal's 'Search Shops' engine?:

Any store advertised there should be a PayPal merchant and/or able to process PayPal payments. Entering the term 'movie' or 'movies' will yield results.
