Has any one dealt with go get glasses? I have email them many times about a order and havent heard anything back.It's really up setting me

Hi,
I purchased a pair of eyeglass frames from gogetglasses.com on 01/24/06.
I optioned for the "Priorty Mail" delivery; still have not received my item.
There is no phone number for the company, I have sent about a dozen e-mails in regards to my order but NO ONE responds to me.
How long did it take for you to receive your item? Did you get a response from them at all? How was the quality of your product? I hope I didn't get ripped off. If this company is really as bad as they say in the reviews, maybe the Better Business Bureau needs to know about this matter.

I still havent gotten them yet and i ordered them on the 3rd of Jan I also have emailed them many times and havent heard anything back....Yeah and there is no phone number or believe me i would have been calling them.

That's terrible...total fraud. Did they charge your credit card?

Oh yeah they charged it already took the money off there....I even tried calling information about getting a number and they dont even have one listed......

What kind of company is this? I wonder if there's a way to stop payment on my credit card....Who knows what they're doing with our information. I mean really, I understand a delay in shipping if the company was based overseas, but how long does it take for them to ship something wthin the US ?

I just finished submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) about this company.
Gogetglasses doen't provide an address (not surprised) so I just useed the return address (2744 Hylan Blvd. #222 Staten Island, NY 10306) as the company address, because it's better than nothing.
It's wrong and very suspicious that the company has no contact info, and I think I may have been ripped off because I have not received my item.

I just got FREE Ground Shipping in Continental USA on orders over $75...But it should have been here by now...wouldnt you think?

Ground shipping should take about 7-10 days AT MOST, to my understanding.
You should definitely complain to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) about your situation. I did, and I hope they investigate this company.
Luckily, I called my credit card co. and they haven't charged me yet, but I had to close my account so that they won't try to charge me later.
