weather sucks
Theres just been a major storm here. We just got our electricity turned on, after 2 days without it. 300,000 homes in Scotland were without power (but only 700 homes were without power by this morning, which is approximately my town, and 2 or 3 surrounding towns.
There were 141MPH winds at the highest! But on average it was about 90MPH. Trucks were gettin overturned, we lost our fence (and almost the conservatory roof), I got minor food poisoning after eating a non-fully cooked Pork Chop.
And worse is expected on friday. But, the worst thing was...TWO DAYS WITHOUT RETURN TO CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN!!! Well actually the worst was trying to sleep in the freezing cold with a VERY heavy feeling stomach.
BAH! Roll on summer...

Lemon[H]ead:
That explains why our contract lab hasn't been getting back to us! I've been screaming at them for data since Friday but haven't heard a thing. Guess I'll tone down my next mail message.

I sure wish I had some winter weather here in Minnesota. We have like NO SNOW! And I'm supposed to go winter camping with my son this weekend. No fun without snow, can't sled or tube.
What I wouldn't give for a HUGE blizzard, like the biggest one in 100 years. High winds, cold temps, 3 or 4 feet of snow - bring it on!
