Appears the rain has pushed through the area. Time to soon fire up the grill.
The potato dish has been decided. Potato salad. Goes well with baked beans.

I never knew what a " hush puppy" was til I looked up, just now: Quote: |
Hushpuppies or Hush puppies are an American food consisting of small cornmeal breads that are deep fried in a spherical or oblong shape. The usual ingredients include cornmeal, flour, eggs, salt, baking soda, milk, and water, and can include whole kernel corn, onions, and peppers. Sometimes, pancake batter is also used.

Eh-h-h-h-h . . .
I made a quadruple size batch of Hot German Potato Salad last night and there might be enough left for supper tonight. Similar recipe to mine, for Hot German Potato Salad
Served that up with thin cut steak fried in a Garlic Butter Sauce.
Dang it . . . now I'm hungry again!!
Think I'll go down and get some home-made Rice Pudding . . .
