I didn't pursue it any further than the few phone calls I made to Radio Shack and Virgin Mobile. I should have filed a complaint with the BBB & the Ohio Attorney General. Maybe I still will.
In the meantime, Virgin Mobile should consider changing its name, since
'Virgin' doesn't quite describe a company that enjoys screwing its customers.
