Since you posted, and were unreachable via email, I'll respond here.
On 09.14.04, I sent an email to your ResellerRatings' registered address notifying you your review contained certain violations of our policies. Your email bounced back as undeliverable:

My email further notified you of the deactivation of your review pending corrections of these violations:
Missing or invalid Invoice or Order Confirmation number.
#(6) The posting does not relate to a valid commercial transaction and is not the type of posting for which the Web site is intended, namely rating the resellers of products or services;
#(14) The posting contains references, such as names or domain names, to any other companies besides the company that is the subject of the posting.
You must have a valid email address registered with us in order to leave a review.
If you want your review activated, you'll need to correct the above violations and email me [ Lara at resellerratings.com ] from your ResellerRatings registered email address to let me know that the corrections have been made.
Further, since no invoice number was entered, you'll need to forward us invoice documentation to verify a legitimate purchase transaction is being reviewed. You may send said documentation via email attachment, or contact us for a fax number. We accept reviews of valid charged purchase transactions, only.

Is this site really Newegg biased?
|
Certainly not; any assumption or statement that we are is incorrect and false.
All merchants listed at ResellerRatings are treated equally and our policies are enforced uniformly across the board. It's caused us to lose advertisers over the years but it is essential for us in order to be a fair and impartial resource. The advertisers that we have now understand and accept that they are treated no differently than any of the other 6,000+ merchants listed at our site.
We deactivate reviews because one of more of our policies were not met, invoice numbers are invalid or missing, etc.:

Please use the contact form linked, above, if you have any further questions. Thanks.
