Arrrrgghh! On-line retailers suck sometimes

What would you do??? I made an on-line purchase with a 'biker friendly apparel' store. What a joke! They charged my card, then after two months of e-mails and phone calls, I still don't have any merchandise to show for it. These guys are a rip off! Any one else have this problem??

First, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Usually this will solve the problem without any further effort on your part.

If that does not work, you can then contact the local authorities and the state attorney general's office for additional information. The AG can be very helpful with recovering lost funds in most situations.

Yeah, deffintely(sp? so can't spell today) start out by contacting you CC company and if all else fails the authorities. Company shouldn't treat it's customers like that if it plans to stay in business for very long. They'll soon find that out, or I would assume that they would...

Better yet. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I found out that they have a few complaints with thier local Better Business B. I encourage any one else to do the same. Thanks for the tips and advice. All done. No more biker friendly apparel for me, I'll take my business elsewhere.
