TechIMO is undergoing an upgrade to vBulletin 3. Access has been restored at TechIMO, but the development staff is still working on the various features and options.

As to ResellerRatings, your logins are the same, but the RR forum database is currently not being shared with TIMO. Scott and Michael are still researching on how to best proceed, but for now, the two forums are no longer directly interconnected at the user level.
