Well, I pound down liquids like it is going out of style. I rotate three beverages.
1) Water
2) Iced Tea (Brewed, straight up)
3) Koolaid
Love all three to death. I drink water the most, but love koolaid. As a result, I end up drinking about a gallon of liquids a day, 1/2 Gal water, and 1/2Gal of whichever one of the other two I have.
Currently koolaid fills that spot. Unfortunately, that means I am putting down about a cup of Sugar everyday just from the koolaid and this can't possibly be good for me
So, have any of you tried making koolaid with an artificial sweetener? If so what, and how did it taste?
