The more I learn about computers, the more I hate MS. It's playa hatin', I know. But what do you do to a "playa" who has overextended himself, which MS has?

I think even "playas" like MS would agree w/ this one. Too bad they're too dumb to know their next on the list. If only there was some way we could educate the people.....we have to try.

I have never tried Linux. Someday maybe. I dont have any probs with Microsoft. I count on their confused customers to hire me to fix their machines. I love it....

I have one copy of SuSE 7.3 Pro. I have it on every machine in my house (there are four). I've broken no law, nor any pseudo-law such as that promulgated in Microsoft's rubbish EULA. My machines are all running very well, as I've since learned, from the copious documentation provided by SuSE in exchange for a modest sum of money, how to tweak my Linux machines in exactly the way I once tweaked my MS machines -- in a long-lost era of decency.

I am beginning to like Linux more and more. It runs just as well on a PII 400 as Windows 98 does on an Athlon 650. There is a fairly steep learning curve but I hate MS's increased control over my system. Just about ready to make my main box a Linux too once I get more familiar with it.
