Paintballers?

This is my second time i have played and im hooked. Im thinking of getting myself a tippmann 98 custom with a flatliner barrell.

yesterday i had 7 surrenders, 4 at one time . Those poor kids Mind you this was with a crappy walmart paintball gun.

Either way i enjoy the sport and im sure their are others on this board who play. what guns you use?

Of course the con of this hobby is its expensive so my $7 an hour and being full time student is limited


anyone know where i can get swat gear or uniforms?

I don't play paintball, but I've played Airsoft before. I think it's pretty fun.

Experience from my roommate and from people on forums. Notice there is no contact number.

Eagle Industries and Blackhawk are some of the more common brands....if it makes any difference to you, Eagle is made in the USA and Blackhawk is made overseas (Vietnam I think...how ironic)....both are around the same prices, also.

i usually go www.888paintball.com. not the cheapest but always reliable and fast. i have a good ol raptor.... im working on fixing the bottom feed and asa adapter that i put on (got it defective from ebay and might be able to jerry rig it to work).

my roommate (who is insane at paintball) is getting places from AGP right now....

Hey GroundZero3,

I am an avid player myself. The 98 Custom is a good gun but I would stay away from the flatliner... by using it you are limiting yourself to certain brands of paint. Expensive brands like allstar and marblizer.

If you are looking to get a cheap deal on a custom, I am looking to get rid of mine - want an A-5 instead. PM me if you are interested.

The 98 custom is a good gun.

Been looking at one, cause they`re about cheap as crap. If I had the money, I`d get the A5 with the flatline though... Or a Spyder, or Angel. They all cost your first born though, and I`ve gotten kinda` attached to the kid.
