Kids Can anybody answer this EMS question?

This is from my EMT class homework. I've answered every question but this one. I can't seem to find the answer.

"List the components of the essential patient information in a written report."

Reminds me of the line from the Muppets show,
Quote:
"Doctor, doctor, the patient is at death's door!
"Don't worry, we'll pull him through!"

I think I may have it...

• Chief complaint
• History of the patient
• Exam of patient (info found during physical examination)
• Assessment of patient (field impression you get from processing the history and exam)
• Treatment that was provided (what was done to the patient)
• Evaluation (info found during the ongoing assessment)
• Disposition (the transfer of care to appropriate facility or health care provider)

Does that look right?

Your list appears to closely match the guidelines suggested here....

In the event this question appears on an exam - take a look at the first letter on each line - it spells 'cheated'. write each letter vertically & then fill in the rest. (you obviously know your material)

Dumb maybe, but I had a math prof give our class something similar for remembering which side of a triangle to use for sines, cosines & tangents. It got me through a lot of tests.

U-96, I don't remeber you from class. Nifty, isn't it? Did your prof also tell you that Sohcahtoa was an indian chief that lived in a teepee, triangular in shape when viewed from the side?

I have never forgotten that either!
