Untanning?
I have a slight farmers tan where my lower arm is darker then my upper arm. Is there anyway to "untan" it?

All you can really do is put some aloe, or vitamin e on the tanned parts and keep them out of the sun.
If it really bothers you, there's body make-up.

Maybe some self tanning stuff and a couple days shirtless in the sun?

I don't think that's possible. It doesn't take long for tans to fade.. Just stay out of the sun.
Personally, I'd work on tanning my more pale parts before I tried "untanning" anything.
