Idle minds and wandering Mice
Outta idle curiosity, I've noticed that some of the greatest stuff I've read online has come from this forum, mostly in the way of Links people submit.
Where do you people find this stuff????
I mean, I'm not out searching for hollow earth theory, or some of the other odd things you people post here. What are you people doing to find this stuff? What is it that piques your curiosity so?
And don't say GOOGLE!

sometimes just going somewhere like bored.com and following links
link exchange is good for getting linked to complete junk that may have one good link on it

All I can say, Red, is that I hope Theophylact will answer this one, and finally bequeath to us the secret of: Where does he FIND that stuff? |

No, seriously, I pick up a lot of stuff from bloggers who have weird senses of humor and who link to interesting things. I particularly like Teresa Nielsen Hayden, Clive Thompson, Christopher Bahn, and (of course) the ever-popular Dave Barry. Slashdot goes without saying.
And Google.
I almost forgot: one of the best general sources for arts-, literature- and politics-related links is Arts and Letters Daily. It has stuff from all sides.
