He advises Bush that Iraq does posess WMD, and calls it a "slam dunk".

More like a "strike out".

Well, don't you find it interesting that all of a sudden, after the book and the one-liner by Woodward, most see the heat on Bush subsiding because now they have someone to put all the heat on besides Bush? Yeh, I would call that a scapegoat.
