man,why wasnt there any cool stuff like this 25 years ago when i was into"mind expanding drugs"??

we would add food coloring to water,fill a jar half up with the colored water and half with fuel oil or kerosene,tighten the lid back on and tip it backand forth and stare at it. kind of a manual lava lamP

and the list goes on..

but now,i can see the same stuff i used to see after "mind expansioning" on the computer.
