Anyone from Michigan?
If so, ever heard of a place called Port Huron?

What is it like? Nice place? How cold does it get up there? Got a decent summer? Get a lot of snow?

Port Huron is ok. It has some nice areas and some bad ones. The winters can be really harsh on the st. clair river but it's not too bad most of the time. Are you thinking about moving there?

Well depending on a job offer to my significant other I very well may have to

I prefer to stay in Chicago but she keeps applying to jobs elsewhere

Take a look at Marysville(just south of PH) or Lexington(just north of PH). Both of them are only minutes from PH and much nicer IMO. If you like the city life then that's not the way to go though.

I think its like 2 hours from Detroit?
Probably 2 or more hours from Lansing and flint as well

Well if you're under 21 you'll be able to plop over to Canada for a few drinks!
