I really like them! Except possibly the smileys I think their color added more emotion.

the new forums are not that bad, just take a bit of getting used to. navigating certain parts of the site is different in this version form the old one. i agree though, the color emoticons were the best.

Aha I see, its because it uses the button used in Photopost.
Maybe make a correct gallery button in the forum/image directory??
