How the Government is able to spend all those taxes.

"The Pig Book," published annually by Citizens Against Government Waste, is a story of politics and pork, written in red ink, exposing some of the pet projects the group says will cost taxpayers $23 billion this fiscal year.

Why can't we make pork a crime?

This is after all a massive act of bad faith by the elected and apointed leaders of the USA. Isn't it a federal crime to violate the oath of office? And doesn't that oath state to act in the [publics best interest?

Just how is 23 billion ($100 per person in the USA, approxamately) in the best interest of the public? That same amount of money would nearly fix the school budgets of most of the nation. Or the roads, police, or emergency services.

But indoor rainforests are getting the money. Not affordable housing. Kiddy golf yes: Feed the hungery: No.

In short: Why aren't the elected and appointed public "servents" being held accountable?
