Who are these people?

Who is All Enthusiast, Inc.? Do they own TechIMO.com? Why is the privacy policy "All Enthusiast, Inc.'s Privacy Policy?" Why does it say "All Enthusiast, Inc.'s TechIMO.com respects the privacy and security of its users."? Is this old news that I finally noticed?

I'm confused.
