I thought they have a good forum for information... the only problem is that they all seem to have "roid rage". They don't treat newbies with respect for the most part, but there are tons of posts with great information if you are willing to search.

Well, I choose to be part of those bring forums today, at age 36...so that at age 56 I dont have to be part of other boring forums saying things such as...

"yo dude, I cant get up off the couch"

"oh yeah, I slipped two discs and I cant walk"

"that is nothing, I have to have a little red wagon to carry my belly around"
