100 Greatest Stand-Ups

Comedy Central is running a special this week on the 100 Greatest Stand-Ups. They've got their opinions, but I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone here thought.

I'm not going to list 100, but here is my list of the the "greatest".

Rodney Dangerfield - Kills every time. The Master, hands down.
Eddie Murphy - Before he was an average actor in kiddie films, he was a hilarious comic.
Bill Cosby - Forget the TV show, listen to his old albums. Awesome.
Richard Pryor - The stuff he did in the 70's was magic.
Eddie Izzard - Watch "Dressed To Kill". Really. Now. Go!
Bob Hope - The King
Don Rickles - He will insult everyone in the room, and they'll all leave laughing.
Carlin is awesome, he really makes you think. If only he would cut back a little on the swearing

I agree with MadMan2K. I have the video "Robin Williams, live on Broadway."

That, and the "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" are the funniest things I`ve ever seen in my life. There are a lot of good comedians, but I don`t@think anything comes close to those.
