Found a job ... actually 2 ... read on...
After spending 3 months looking for a job, I finally found one related to my field so I'm pretty happy.
Although I have to commute (not too long, like 45 minutes to an hour) I think it will give me more experience in my field.
The job position is QA in a company that makes software for pharmacies, laboratories and hospitals.
But the really cool thing is that I have an offer to start working on another place in June (in Control and Software diagnostics) and this place offers more $$$ and more benefits.
Now, question to you guys, should I start on the new job (I would start on Monday) and then quit to start the one offered in June? (is that ethical or whatever? )
Or should I just bore myself to death at home and wait for June to come by?

If you're hard up for cash, then take 1 job now.
Bad thing about not taking a job now, is that you may decide to wait for the other one and they could fill that position with someone else. Then you'd still be out of a job.

I would apply for the first job, but make sure that the company knows that if the other job is still open when June comes around, that you would be leaving and going to that other job. But, if not, than you would stay there. Honesty is the key. If you're honest with them upfront, then I think they'll respect that and at least let you know what they think about the idea. Then, from what they say, you'll know better how to proceed with your plans.

I don't think I have the money to relocate! Quote:

Dave | Yeah, I plan to tell them so that they have someone else (or find someone else) ready for when I go. I also think Honesty is good but it's really rare to find honesty in a workplace!
Any more suggestions?

Take the job and when the new opportunity comes to true take that. Any reasonable employer should not hold it against a man to better himself.
