RANT RANT RANT!! When are some laws going to be passed that we the consumers have to request someone to make our personal private info public!

Ameritech just did the same thing here in Michigan, Surreal. I missed the "memo" because I never read all of the junk that comes with my bills. I wouldn't have known anything about it if it weren't for our local news doing a story on it. They were nice enought to give out the Ameritech number to contact, so I promptly had my name removed!

I would like to see my "personal information" become truly personal so that I'm the only one who can release it to others!
