Best search engine? According to Google it's Altavista.
Have you ever Googled the term search engine. Interesting results; Altavista, Lycos, Dogpile, and Excite all come up before Google does.
Don't know what my point is, just found it curious.

Many years ago I worked for a high end audio / video store. They did not post the current sale ads in store since the idea of the ads was to get you into the store and once you were there wanted the salesman to pitch the products.

I'd have to agree with Google.
Altavista's my homepage. Has been for years. Probably never gonna' change it either. Even if the company goes debunct, and I keep getting the error 404 page. You can call me a die-hard fan. |
