Well *I'm* having a good day today, how 'bout you?

Don't you love it when someone you know decides to toss a little nicety into your day for no other reason than "just 'cause"? I'm not talking anything major. Maybe a friend stops by to take you to lunch or maybe someone totally unexpected calls you out of the blue just to say "hi" or maybe someone on the freeway slows down and lets you get in front of them so you can make your exit.

It's those little things in life that can really turn a day around and make it a good day after all. Don't you think?

So how's your day going?

Going aight...hoping for a call from a friend of mine who is away at a 30 day Army school right now....usually she's able to call on Sundays.

My day started off by going to Target...holy CRAP some of those cashiers were gorgeous. Almost bought something just to get a closer look and *gasp* talk to them. I love being in a metropolitan area - so many hispanics to choose from. Up in the 'great' white (no pun intended) north, it's rather dull

As of now, I'm preparing to make Fettucine Shrimp Alfredo, along with some chicken and green beans. The beverage of the evening will be Crystal Light Iced Tea, maybe some soft serve ice cream later for desert.....yes, I try my best to live the high life in the barracks

Weather was gorgeous for the second day in a row. Went to another high school's version of The Music Man with my girlfriend, which wasn't as bad as I had expected. Just been sittin here mostly. Should have gotten out to enjoy the day more.

Only bad part is that today is a Sunday, which means real school tomorrow; a drastic change from last week in which we had 4 half-days due to PSSA standardized testing.

Monday here already. It's OK, very busy this morning. No complex symbols, though.
