This is strange
I am surfing through different threads here, and each time I change to a thread I hear voices coming through my speakers. I put my ear really close to the speaker to see what was those voices, and it sounds like two different people talking like on a cb radio. I can't not make out what they are saying, but I never voices coming out of my speakers unless I was playing musci or something. Does anyone else hear voices through their speakers?

Guys, ya just can't help ya'selves can ya?
Anyways, Miram, sure there isn't a radio playing really softly in the background? Turn the speakers up on your puter and see if it still happens with the volume up. That'll help rule if it is coming from your speakers or elsewhere in the house.

You may be hearing exactly that. CB Radio. Look around outside to see if you have any base stations near by. If so, you can call the FCC and have it investigated for TVI.
The operator of the base station wether it be HAM or CB cannot transmit interfearence to other electronic devices in the locality. (Something like that)
I wa pulled up on the carpet for this as I use to build my own omni directional and beam anttenas. Built on the basic design of the PDL-2 dual plane anttena. I was making toasters and speakers vibrate in the neighbourhood. I was made to incorprate TVI filters on my setup. At first they were investigating the possible use of a 1000 watt boot on a CB frequency. D104 Lolly Pop didn't help my cause either. The DOC never did see my TRC47 Upper/Lower with extra frequencies built in to achieve over the 23 channels available at the time. I was up to about 45 channels talking with up and comming HAM radio operators.
CQ, CQ, CQ.

Didn't put that last part in for fear of court charges.
I had QSL cards from all over the world with that setup.
Sorry about the memory lane.
Cheers!
