Im trying to obtain a job but am not feeling confident with with my resume. So if you guys have any helpfull hints please share.

Make phone answering,
fielding and distributing inbound calls.
Or
receiving and distributing all inbound calls.

I think you need to be more specific than "entry-level position leading to advancement . . . "

Tailor this phrase to the particular job job you are applying for.
