I always remove the ads by just putting a ; infornt of that advert line and then you dont need to del or rename anything.

I used the DeadAIM because I was going for smaller space, I scanned it with lasted norton defs. nothing came up.

I never got to read about what it did, I just heard it was a tojan I think? And I thought that it was just a link they provied that to was somewhere esle that claimed to have the fix.

ICQ -> Main -> Security and Privacy Permissions -> Communication events (under Permissions), and then check everything under the yellow checkbox.

Doing that doesnt let anyone thats not your list send u URLs, or msgs, or anything else for that matter
